Final month of the year, aka, the HOME STRETCH! What better way to end one year (and get ready to start a new one) then with applying for some awesome December scholarships?!

Honestly, I can't think of any better way 😀

I know that December can be such a busy month, with the holidays and end of semester exams, but, it's also such a big month for scholarships (hint: there are so many deadlines at the end of the month!).

  • Amount: $50,000

    Deadline: December 14

    Eligibility: Open to high school, college, and graduate students of all years who are residents of the US.

  • Amount: $2,000

    Deadline: December 31

    Eligibility: Open to high school seniors and undergraduate students in the US.

  • Amount: $2,000

    Deadline: December 31

    Eligibility: Open to high school students of all grades who are residents of the US.

  • Amount: $2,500

    Deadline: December 31

    Eligibility: Open to all students 13 and older!

  • Amount: $2,000

    Eligibility: Open to high school, college, and graduate students in the US.

    Eligibility: Open to all US high school and college students ages 16 and older. All you need to do to apply is create an account.

    Eligibility: Open to high school juniors and seniors interested in attending a Christian college or university.

  • Amount: Full-tuition!

    Eligibility: This full-ride scholarship is open to high school seniors in the Atlanta area who are interested in attending a HBCU.

  • Amount: $20,000

    Deadline: December 1

    Eligibility: Open to low-income, highly motivated high school seniors planning to pursue a bachelor’s degree. Must be Pell-eligible and have a minimum 2.4 GPA.

  • Amount: up to $38,000 per year (max of 5 years)

    Deadline: December 1

    Eligibility: Open to STEM undergraduate and graduate students ages 18+ from the US, UK, Australia, New Zealand, and Canada. Must be able to complete at least one summer internship and be willing to accept post-graduate employment with DoD. Minimum 3.0 GPA.

  • Amount: up to $10,000

    Deadline: December 5

    Eligibility: Open to students ages 5 - 25 who are using their creativity, academic studies (like STEM), and organizational skills to help fight hunger in their communities

  • Amount: Varies

    Deadline: December 11

    Eligibility: Open to college students residing in the US, who identify as LGBTQ+. Must be a US citizen.

  • Amount: up to a full-ride!

    Deadline: December 13

    Eligibility: Open to high school seniors and current undergraduate women pursuing a STEM degree (science, technology, engineering, math)

  • Amount: $1,000

    Deadline: December 15

    Eligibility: Open to high school seniors and students enrolled at accredited colleges/universities in the US. Minimum 3.0 GPA. Must be pursuing a degree in the medical field such as therapy, nursing, medicine, nutrition, laboratory science, dentistry, health law, etc. Students with physical disabilities will be given preference.

  • Amount: up to $2,500

    Eligibility: Open to currently enrolled undergraduate students.

  • Amount: $1,000 (4 awards)

    Eligibility: High school and undergraduate students of all years studying in the US are encouraged to apply. Special consideration will be given to minority students, students who have experienced foster care, and students who are or will be the first in their family to attend college.

  • Amount: $1,000

    Eligibility: Open to high school seniors as well as students attending 2 and 4-year universities in the United States, Puerto Rico, Guam and Canada. 

  • Amount: up to $30,000 per year

    Deadline: December 15

    Eligibility: Open to high school seniors and college freshmen, sophomores, and juniors pursuing STEM or business degrees in one of the 40 Middle Tennessee counties.

  • Amount: up to $20,000

    Deadline: December 18

    Eligibility: Open to high school seniors in the US and Puerto Rico who are planning to enroll full-time at two and four-year US institutions.

  • Amount: Up to $3,000

    Deadline: December 18

    Eligibility: Open to high school seniors having qualifications for success in engineering education. Must be a U.S. citizen and Wisconsin resident. Minimum 3.0 GPA.

  • Amount: $1,000

    Deadline: December 31

    Eligibility: Open to high school, college, and graduate school students. Must be a US citizen/permanent resident, student with DACA or undocumented status, or an international student studying in the US. No essay or GPA required!

  • Amount: $1,000

    Eligibility: Open to all high school students in the US, including those with undocumented status.

  • Amount: $1,000

    Eligibility: Open to graduating high school seniors. Minimum 2.5 GPA. Must have demonstrated financial need.

    Eligibility: Open to Learning Ally high school senior students with disabilities.

  • Amount: $2,500

    Eligibility: Open to transgender and non-binary students pursuing college degrees in the US. Must be a US citizen to apply. 

  • Amount: $2,500

    Deadline: December 31

    Eligibility: Open to anyone enrolled, or planning to enroll, as a student in a U.S. trade school or program for HVAC-related studies.
