Dr. Gerald O’Connor Michigan Quarter Horse Youth Scholarship

Ideal candidates have been a member of AQHYA or AQHA for at least one year and are from Michigan. Members must apply during their senior year of high school or while enrolled at an accredited college, university or vocational school. Current or previous AQHF scholarship recipients are not eligible to receive this scholarship.
This fund should help broaden life experience for children by supporting programs that provide enrichment activities such as summer camps, after-school programs, arts programs, church programs, athletic programs, and activities provided by schools to residents of Baker County and North Powder. Proposals are reviewed by a committee and grants are awarded in the spring.
