Scholarship Description

When we are faced with roadblocks, sometimes it can be hard to see the light at the end of the tunnel. It often takes time to get back on your feet after facing a difficult situation or experience, but when you do it can be extremely rewarding and can be a reminder of the strength that you have inside. As a personal injury law firm, Benji Personal Injury – Accident Attorneys, A.P.C. has seen firsthand the strength it can take to survive a difficult situation and understands that recovery often takes one step at a time.

This scholarship was created to encourage those who have faced adversity to reflect on their experience and discuss the steps they took to pull themselves through a difficult situation. We are looking for students to explore their past adversities and delve into how they have grown through what they have gone through.

The scholarship winner will be chosen based on the criteria outlined below and will be awarded $1,000 to go towards their higher education.

This scholarship is open to any current high school senior, college student, or graduate student who is a legal resident of the United States residing in one of the 50 states or the District of Columbia and who is enrolled in a two to a five-year post-secondary institution.

Eligibility Requirements

• 3.0 Minimum GPA
• Type of institution award is open to: two-year college
• Type of institution award is open to: four-year college
• Type of institution award is open to: trade/technical school
• Award is available to U.S. citizens
