Better Business Bureau Foundation of Delaware is proud to announce the Student Ethics Essay Scholarship program. This program recognizes college-bound Seniors who personify high ethics as demonstrated through leadership, community service, overall personal integrity and academic history. Recipients of this scholarship will receive $2,500 to an accredited college or university.
Two $10000 awards to support scholarly research and writing among qualified civilian graduate students who are not full-time employees of the federal government and whose dissertations focus on the history of war on land. Topics submitted should complement the Center’s existing projects. Preference is given to topics relating to the history of the U.S. Army.
Doctoral candidates conducting research or writing a dissertation receive four- to nine-month fellowships. Stipend: up to $7,000 per semester.

Ideal candidates have been a member of AQHYA or AQHA for at least one year and are from Michigan. Members must apply during their senior year of high school or while enrolled at an accredited college, university or vocational school. Current or previous AQHF scholarship recipients are not eligible to receive this scholarship.
This fund should help broaden life experience for children by supporting programs that provide enrichment activities such as summer camps, after-school programs, arts programs, church programs, athletic programs, and activities provided by schools to residents of Baker County and North Powder. Proposals are reviewed by a committee and grants are awarded in the spring.
