Up to 2 awards to students in the ARRL Maine or New England Division (Maine, New Hampshire, Vermont, Rhode Island, Massachusetts or Connecticut) who have an active technician class amateur radio license or higher. Preference given to students studying computer science, TV/radio electronics, or electrical engineering at a two- or four-year college.
