Scholarship Description
This program provides financial assistance to low-income students who want to achieve the dream of a college education. The application is a two-step process. Eligible students should complete an application during their 7th or 8th grade year via www.collegebound.wa.gov. The second step requires students to submit a financial aid application their senior year of high school and every year of college for income verification. Additional scholarship pledge requirements can be found at www.collegebound.wa.gov.
