Need-based, grants for Vermont residents enrolled in non-degree programs in a college, vocational school, or other non-degree program, that will improve employability or encourage further study. Award amounts vary.

- Type of institution award is open to: four-year college
- Type of institution award is open to: trade/technical school
- Award is available to U.S. citizens
