Scholarship Description
The scholarships are awarded to graduating Illinois high school seniors who have a B average or above, have demonstrated an active interest in school activities, who have submitted an essay on “The Importance of Township Government”, high school transcript, and letters of recommendation. Students must attend Illinois institutions, either four-year or junior colleges. Must be full-time student. Must complete an interview with a current township official.

- Must currently be in high school
- For residents of the following states: Illinois
- Type of institution award is open to: four-year college
- Award is available to U.S. citizens
