Scholarship Description
The Thelma Orr scholarship is a scholarship granted by the MyMichigan Medical Center Alpena Volunteer Services department. It offers two, $1,500 scholarships for students pursuing a course of study related to human medicine at any state accredited Michigan college or university.
Eligible applicants must:
- Be a resident of the following Michigan counties: Alpena, Alcona, Iosco, Montmorency, Oscoda or Presque Isle.
- You must be a second year student enrolled in a human medicine related field.
- You must be enrolled in an accredited Michigan college or university.
Eligibility Requirements
- For residents of the following states: Michigan
- Type of institution award is open to: four-year college
- Award is available to U.S. citizens
