Applicant must be an Eagle Scout and be a registered, active member of a Boy Scout Troop, Varsity Scout Troop or Explorer Post. Affiliation with The American Legion not required.

Eligibility Requirements

  • Aged between 15 and 18 years old
  • Must currently be in high school
  • Type of institution award is open to: two-year college
  • Type of institution award is open to: four-year college
  • Type of institution award is open to: trade/technical school
  • Award is available to U.S. citizens
