Scholarship Description

The Sergeant Andrew Edmund Topham Memorial Scholarship is awarded annually in perpetuity to a deserving student. Preference for award of this scholarship is given to students who are family members of veterans who served in either Afghanistan or Iraq as part of the Global War on Terrorism. Have a 2.0 grade point average on a 4 point system.

Eligibility Requirements

  • Served in Army
  • Award is available to U.S. citizens
  • Award is available to Canadian citizens
  • Award is available to citizens of countries other than the U.S. and Canada.
