The Arc New York Scholarships

Scholarship Description

Each year, The Arc New York presents scholarships to individuals pursuing degrees in special education, physical or occupational therapy, or a field related to intellectual or other developmental disabilities.

ARTHUR W. PENSE SCHOLARSHIP ($3,000) – For physical or occupational therapy degree program students.

JAMES F. REVILLE SCHOLARSHIP ($3,000) – For full-time college students in a program related to the intellectual and developmental disability field such as behavioral sciences, social work, nursing, healthcare administration and management, or psychology.

JONATHAN WEINGOLD SCHOLARSHIP ($3,000)  – For The Arc New York Chapter employees.

JOSEPH T. WEINGOLD SCHOLARSHIP ($,3,000) – For students enrolled in a New York State degree program, leading to a special education certification.

Eligibility Requirements

• For residents of the following states: New York
• Type of institution award is open to: four-year college
