Scholarship Description

To provide grant assistance to students with financial need. Public colleges or universities in Texas make TPEG awards from their own resources. Only in-state (Texas) colleges or universities may participate in the program. Only public colleges or universities participate in the program (no private, non-profit or career colleges or universities).

Eligibility Requirements

  • Type of institution award is open to: two-year college
  • Type of institution award is open to: four-year college
  • Award is available to U.S. citizens
  • Award is available to Canadian citizens
  • Award is available to citizens of countries other than the U.S. and Canada.
