Scholarship Description
Awards are made to students seeking a first bachelor’s degree in a program of study that will lead to a Class A teaching license. Loans will be forgiven for recipients who teach full-time in a Mississippi public school district or charter school for five full years.
Eligibility Requirements
- 3.5 Minimum GPA
- For residents of the following states: Mississippi
- Type of institution award is open to: four-year college
- Award is available to U.S. citizens
- Award is available to Canadian citizens
- Award is available to citizens of countries other than the U.S. and Canada.
