Scholarship Description

The Swiss Benevolent Society of San Francisco helps qualified applicants obtain a higher education in any field of endeavor at any accredited university or college in the United States. Applicants must be of Swiss descent and have resided in Northern California for a minimum of three years. There are eight (8) different scholarships available.

These scholarships are awarded to students entering college through postgraduate studies.

Eligibility Requirements

  • Type of institution award is open to: two-year college
  • Type of institution award is open to: four-year college
  • Type of institution award is open to: trade/technical school
  • Award is available to U.S. citizens
  • Award is available to Canadian citizens
  • Award is available to citizens of countries other than the U.S. and Canada.
