Scholarship Description
The Swiss Benevolent Society is sponsoring scholarship awards for undergraduate college students of Swiss descent having permanent residence in the greater Chicago area. High School Seniors or College students can apply. The applicant must reside permanently in Illinois or Southern Wisconsin. High School Seniors must have a minimum exam score of 26 ACT or 1230 on SAT or higher. College Freshmen, Sophomores, and Juniors must have a 3.3 grade point average (GPA on a scale of 4 = A) or better. Application forms can be downloaded from http://sbschicago.org/undergraduate.html.

- 3.0 Minimum GPA
- Type of institution award is open to: four-year college
- Award is available to U.S. citizens
- Award is available to Canadian citizens
- Award is available to citizens of countries other than the U.S. and Canada.
