Scholarship Description
This program provides financial assistance to address the ‘gap’ in financial aid packages for both students graduating from high school and those continuing their education. Students who are just graduating from high school have different guidelines and application forms than students who have already completed at least one semester of undergraduate studies. Students working on a second under graduate or graduate degree will not be considered.
Only gaps between $500 and $8,000 will be considered.
- Graduating high school seniors must have a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.5
- Current college undergraduates must have a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0
- Attend a public or nonprofit college or university full-time
- Graduating high school senior OR currently enrolled in college/university
- Available statewide
- MUST BE a federal financial aid recipient
- Preference will be given to applicants with a lower Student Aid Index (SAI) as indicated on your FAFSA

- Type of institution award is open to: four-year college
- Award is available to U.S. citizens
