Shamrock Cares Scholarship

Scholarship Description

Our mission with the Shamrock Cares scholarship program is to inspire future generations to give back to their communities. We know there are countless ways to volunteer, and that’s why we enjoy seeing these young people setting examples for others. All scholarship applicants are instructed to engage in an activity that aids the community. It can be as simple as cleaning up a neighborhood park, volunteering time at a non-profit organization, or even helping out a friend or stranger in need.

Requirements for applicants:

Tell us a little about yourself, where you are from, and what your plans are for college! (BIO or CV a “plus”)

• Must be preparing to graduate high school in the current school year
• Must hold a grade point average of 2.5 or higher
• Must submit an essay of at least 1,000 words
• Must document volunteering with a photo

Eligibility Requirements

• 2.5 Minimum GPA
