Scholarship Description
Are you sick and tired of watching people and companies leaving Michigan for greener pastures? We at the S.E.T. Educational Fund are doing something about it. The S.E.T. Educational Fund was founded in Michigan in 1998 in order to provide scholarships to Michigan residents attending Michigan colleges. We select community minded individuals that have excelled scholastically while volunteering their time to help others.
Not only will our next scholarship financially help a Michigan resident, it will have far reaching effects since it helps the local community, the local colleges/universities, and the businesses looking for an educated work force. This year we are giving out 2 scholarships of $6500 each!
Eligibility Requirements
- Type of institution award is open to: two-year college
- Type of institution award is open to: four-year college
- Type of institution award is open to: trade/technical school
- Award is available to U.S. citizens
Application Requirements
- Application form required
- Financial need analysis required
- Recommendations or references required
- Special requirements exist (These are specified in text.)
- Driver’s license required
- Letter of acceptance
