Scholarship Description

Awarded to the highest ranked of all applicants whom has not already been awarded a higher scholarship. This scholarship is presented to recognize the ongoing legacy of Rick Ross. All applications must be endorsed and submitted to the CWRA by the department and/or university or college. Additional requirements include proof of Canadian citizenship or permanent resident status and 2 letters of recommendation.
