Scholarship Description
This grant is given to a foreign student for one year’s maintenance while doing graduate work for a master’s or doctoral degree in mechanical engineering in the United States under the Fulbright program. Applications for the Fulbright program must be obtained from and filed with the local Institute of International Education (IIE) Office or the Education Office at the U.S. Embassy in your home country. IIE will send a copy of the application to the Rice-Cullimore Scholarship Committee.
