Scholarship Description
Postgraduate awards will be given to residents and fellows for research or scholarly projects in the spirit of the AOA mission. Priority will be given to those projects that include elements of leadership, professionalism, and teaching. Medical residents and fellows in programs at institutions with an active AOA Chapter or association are eligible to apply. Applicants must be nominated by their residency or fellowship program directors. Applicants need not be AOA members, however, those who are members must have active status. In addition, all AOA members included in the submission packet must have active status.
Eligibility Requirements
- Award is available to U.S. citizens
- Award is available to Canadian citizens
- Award is available to citizens of countries other than the U.S. and Canada.
