Scholarship Description
The award aims to encourage medical students to write meaningful poetry related to health or medicine. Authors must be enrolled in medical schools that have an active AΩA Chapter or Association but need not be members of AΩA. However, if the author is an AΩA member, he/she must be an active member. Only one entry per student may be submitted. Submissions must be related to medicine. Winning entries will be published in The Pharos.

- Award is available to U.S. citizens
- Award is available to Canadian citizens
- Award is available to citizens of countries other than the U.S. and Canada.
