Scholarship Description
PAAC’s academic scholarships are available to college-bound seniors and underclassmen attending Hawaii public or private high school. Applicants must be active in PAAC’s high school program (PAAC clubs or PAAC After-School Classes).
Eligibility Requirements
- Must currently be in high school
- Type of institution award is open to: two-year college
- Type of institution award is open to: four-year college
- Award is available to U.S. citizens

The Pacific and Asian Affairs Council (PAAC) is an independent, international education 501(c)3 nonprofit with a mission to promote a greater awareness and understanding of foreign affairs issues with special attention to Hawai.i’s role in the Asia-Pacific region. Since 1954, PAAC has provided global education to 99,182 high school students, 107,300 college students, and 85,400 community members statewide; and has hosted approximately 1,516 international visitors through the State Department’s International Visitor Leadership Program (IVLP).
