Scholarship Description
With the help of college counselors and other educators at high schools in Los Angeles County, New York City, and Washington D.C., the Milken Scholars Program identifies outstanding students.
Nominated students must:
(1) have a minimum grade point average of 3.6 (unweighted) or 90% in all academic high school subject areas;
(2) have a minimum composite SAT I Reasoning score of 1350 with results submitted for Evidenced-Based Reading and Writing, and Math, or a minimum ACT score of 29 (This score may be a combination from multiple sittings);
(3) actively participate in community service activities;
(4) have a record of leadership;
(5) have financial or other obstacles.
