Scholarship Description
Scholarship for up to $5000 granted to a student who is entering an ALA-accredited library school or who has yet to finish at least one half of the program’s requirements in the year following the granting of the scholarship. Student must plan on pursuing a career as a health sciences librarian following graduation. Membership in MLA is not required.
Eligibility Requirements
- Type of institution award is open to: four-year college
- Award is available to U.S. citizens
- Award is available to Canadian citizens
