Scholarship Description
Scholarship given to women or members of an under represented minority category (African-American, Hispanic, Native American). Scholarships are for study in disciplines related to microelectronics at U.S.-based universities having research funded by the Semiconductor Research Corporation and require U.S. citizenship or permanent resident status.
Eligibility Requirements
- 3.0 Minimum GPA
- Type of institution award is open to: four-year college
- Must be American Indian/Alaska Native
- Must be Black, African American
- Must be Hispanic, Latino/a
