Long-term Scholarship Award

Scholarship Description

The Long-term scholarship supports completing a one- or two-year certificate or a degree. An applicant is eligible to apply if one of the following criteria is met: 1) Work full-time (35 hours/week or more) while being enrolled or; 2) Have dependents other than a spouse or; 3) Be financially independent from parents and/or considered independent for FAFSA purposes or; 4) Did not receive a standard high school diploma (completed with a GED, HiSET, or certificate of completion) or; 5) have delayed enrollment in college after high school for a reason other than a gap year activity. All applications and required information must be postmarked by June 15 or November 15.
