Livelikemak Foundation Scholarship

Scholarship Description

Livelikemak Foundation Scholarship is a scholarship open to any Utah High School Senior going into the medical profession with a GPA of 3.0 or higher. You must be pursuing a career in the medical field, complete the Livelikemak Scholarship application and complete and submit a personal essay. You must also be accepted into a post-secondary institution (college or university, technical or vocational school).

Eligibility Requirements

• 3.0 Minimum GPA
• Must currently be in high school
• For residents of the following states: Utah
