Submit an 800-word essay on one of the following topics:

1. The Future of Skilled Trades: Bridging the Gap Between Education and Workforce Demand – Discuss the growing need for skilled trades in industries like construction and manufacturing and how education can adapt to meet demand.
2. Technology’s Role in Shaping the Future of Construction and Engineering – Discuss how emerging technologies like artificial intelligence, automation, and 3D printing are transforming construction and engineering fields.
