LAGRANT Foundation Scholarship for Undergraduates

Scholarship Description

Thirty (30) undergraduate scholarship recipients will receive a trip to New York City, New York where they will participate in career building activities including a welcome dinner with a keynote speaker, three daylong career and professional development workshops and a scholarship & donor recognition reception.

Eligibility Criteria: (1) Must be a U.S. citizen, permanent resident or DACA recipient; (2) Must have a minimum of 3.0 GPA; (3) MUST major in a field of study that has an emphasis on advertising, marketing or public relations; (4) Must have at least one year to complete his/her degree from the time the scholarships are awarded

For applicants who do not meet the GPA requirement: If you do not think your GPA accurately reflects your scholastic capability and achievement, draft an essay no longer than one-page explaining the discrepancy.

• Must be American Indian/Alaska Native
• Must be Asian/Pacific Islander
• Must be Black, African American
• Must be Hispanic, Latino/a
• Award is available to U.S. citizens
• Award is available to Canadian citizens
• Award is available to citizens of countries other than the U.S. and Canada.
