Scholarship Description
One scholar will be chosen from each of the following areas: Baltimore City or Baltimore County. Applicant must: have a cumulative 2.5 GPA or better; submit SAT (CR+M) scores; demonstrate financial need; and submit an essay (500 words) describing the importance of a college education and why you should receive this award.
