Scholarship Description
One-time award to Texas resident enrolled as a graduate student. Applicant must demonstrate financial need; intend to work in Texas after completing graduate studies; be enrolled as a graduate student in public affairs, public service or public administration; and be registered for Selective Service or be exempt from this requirement.

- Type of institution award is open to: four-year college
