Karis S. (Powell) Woodward, RN, Nursing Scholarship Fund

Scholarship Description

The Karis S. (Powell) Woodward, RN, Nursing Scholarship awards assistance annually to students who meet the following criteria:

• Entering at least the sophomore year of an accredited bachelor of nursing program
• Permanent address must be in an area served by Blanchard Valley Health System
• Have at least a GPA of 3.00
• Enrolled in coursework for academic credit and count toward a degree in nursing
• Exhibit good moral character
• Preference will be given to recipients demonstrating financial need
• The Karis S. (Powell) Woodward, RN, Nursing Scholarship is renewable upon receipt of application annually. Award will not exceed $1,000 annually.
