Scholarship Description
The Howard P. Rawlings Campus Based Educational Assistance Grant (CBEAG) program is a need-based financial aid program that is designed to financially assist students that were not considered for the Howard P. Rawlings Educational Assistance Grant due to not filing his/her Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) or Maryland State Financial Aid Application (MSFAA) by the Maryland state deadline of March 1st.
