Scholarship Description

This scholarship is awarded to high school seniors who have demonstrated a well-balanced academic career—academics, extracurricular activities, and community service—with a desire to make a positive change in their communities. This program wants to give a financial boost to students in need to help them achieve their aspirations to make a positive impact in both the private and public sectors, and through any number of professional careers.

• Applicants must demonstrate a need for financial assistance by submitting their FAFSA Student Aid Report (SAR) alongside the application. SAR Expected Family Contribution (EFC) will be taken into consideration.
• Applicants must have permanent resident status in Southern California or Lancaster County, Pennsylvania.
• Academic performance, leadership potential, and participation in programs focused on volunteerism and community service will be highly considered.
• A letter of recommendation
• Transcript submission: minimum 3.0 GPA

• Must currently be in high school
• Type of institution award is open to: two-year college
• Type of institution award is open to: four-year college
• Award is available to U.S. citizens
