Friends of Coal Scholarships

Scholarship Description

We serve as many individuals as we can each year depending on our funding each year. Must be a U.S. citizen with a minimum 3.0 GPA. The applicant must have a score of 20 on the ACT or 1400 on the SAT. The applicant must be able to demonstrate financial need and have a parent, step-parent, grandparent, or sibling who has been or is currently employed in a coal related industry.

• Type of institution award is open to: two-year college
• Type of institution award is open to: four-year college
