ETS Presidential Scholarship

Scholarship Description

ETS in partnership with the Thurgood Marshall College Fund (TMCF) is proud to offer financial assistance to outstanding students attending a private or a publicly-supported Historically Black College and University (HBCU). Eight scholars (four from a private and four from a public HBCU) will be selected to receive a full tuition-only need/merit scholarship for the following academic year.

Eligibility Requirements:

• Be enrolled full-time as a junior or senior at a public or private HBCU at the time of application
• Current grade point average of 3.5 or higher
• Able to demonstrate leadership abilities
• Able to demonstrate a financial need
• Be a U.S. Citizen or legal permanent resident with a valid permanent resident card or passport stamped I-551

Eligibility Requirements

• 3.5 Minimum GPA
• Type of institution award is open to: four-year college
• Award is available to U.S. citizens
