$3,000 (up to 2 awards), for a student working toward a Ph.D./doctoral degree in engineering. This scholarship was made possible by the ASME Auxiliary to honor Elisabeth M. and Winchell M. Parsons. Applicant must be a U.S. citizen and be enrolled in a full-time mechanical engineering program.
