Scholarship Description
Applicant must reside in the general coverage areas of ECARS including ARRL Atlantic, Great Lakes, Hudson, New England, and Roanoke Divisions. Full-time studies at a two-year trade school or 4-year undergraduate institution. Applicant must be between the ages of 17 and 25 at the time of the award.

- Type of institution award is open to: trade/technical school
- Award is available to U.S. citizens
