Dr. Marc Hull Special Education Leadership Scholarship

Scholarship Description

This scholarship was created to honor Dr. Marc Hull, a former Vermont commissioner of education who dedicated his career to creating equitable learning opportunities for all students, particularly those with disabilities.

Eligibility requirements: 

• Must be a Vermont resident and a US citizen
• Must be seeking a certificate or license in special education
• Minimum 3.0 GPA
• Must demonstrate community involvement and service
• Must attend an accredited school

• Type of institution award is open to: two-year college
• Type of institution award is open to: four-year college
• Award is available to U.S. citizens
