Scholarship Description
$500 scholarships. Photo entries selected at random from all qualifying entries. Submit your original photo that captures the essence of what the theme ‘Shine’ means to you. Applicant must be a high school graduate with a most recent GPA of 2.0 or above, enrolled in an accredited 2 or 4 year college or university for winter or spring term, a legal resident of the United States and not currently incarcerated.
