Scholarship Description
The Dinwiddie Family Foundation scholarship is being provided to reduce the financial aid gap to current graduating high school students from Los Angeles County, CA or Brooklyn, NY. This need-based scholarship will assist in providing support for pre-approved, upfront costs in addition to tuition and book expenses. Up to $20,000. Scholarship decisions will be made 6-8 weeks from the closing date of this program, where both selected and non-selected students will be notified.
Eligibility Requirements
- 3.0 Minimum GPA
- Must currently be in high school
- For residents of the following states: California, New York
- Type of institution award is open to: four-year college
- Must be Black, African American
