Scholarship Description
One scholarship of up to $500 will be awarded to a graduate or undergraduate student studying public health. Eligible applicants will be residents of Massachusetts. Along with the application, students must send a personal statement of no more than 500 words addressing professional goals and financial need.

- Award is available to U.S. citizens

- Copy of Massachusetts driver’s license or high school ID
