Scholarship Description
Eligibility requirement(s): To support graduating seniors from Franklin, Hampden and Hampshire Counties in western Massachusetts. The fund was set up in memory of Carl Joseph Walker-Hoover and recognizes the importance of combating bullying in schools and our community.
Eligibility Requirements
- Must currently be in high school
- Type of institution award is open to: two-year college
- Type of institution award is open to: four-year college
- Type of institution award is open to: trade/technical school

The CFWM scholarships are available to student pursuing higher education who are residents of Franklin, Hampshire and Hampden counties in Western Massachusetts. The CFWM interest-free loans are available to residents of Massachusetts who have live in the state for at least five years.
