Scholarship Description

Scholarship available for minority undergraduate students majoring in physics. Award of $2000 per year for new corporate scholars, and $3000 per year for renewal students. In addition, each physics department that hosts one or more APS minority undergraduate scholars and assigns a mentor for their students will receive a $500 award for programs to encourage minority students.

  • Must be American Indian/Alaska Native
  • Must be Asian/Pacific Islander
  • Must be Black, African American
  • Must be Hispanic, Latino/a
  • Award is available to U.S. citizens
