Scholarship Description
One $5,000 scholarship will be awarded to a student at the college level of sophomore year or above who is pursuing a degree in an aviation-related field, who has achieved a minimum GPA of 3.0 (on a 4.0 scale) and who exhibits leadership potential. In addition to WAI requirements all applicants should submit a 500-word essay which addresses their career aspirations and clear, concise examples of how they have exhibited leadership in their academic/work/personal life.
Eligibility Requirements
- Type of institution award is open to: four-year college
- Award is available to U.S. citizens
- Award is available to Canadian citizens
- Award is available to citizens of countries other than the U.S. and Canada.
