Scholarship Description
AFA and its partners award annual scholarships to graduating high school seniors and current undergraduate students enrolled in agriculture and food-related degree programs across the U.S. Awards vary in amounts, but are at least $1,600 and include sponsorship to AFA Leaders Conference (worth $1,250).
Scholarship recipients will be selected on the basis of career vision and goal, leader and community involvement, and financial need. Some applicants will be selected based on a specific criteria requirement set by our partner organizations and communities. Applicants will be notified of their scholarship status in early June.
Eligibility Requirements
- Aged between 17 and 25 years old
- 3.0 Minimum GPA
- Type of institution award is open to: four-year college
