Scholarship Description
The award recognizes two international physicians who have shown a commitment, early in their careers, for the enhancement of mental health services for children, adolescents, and their families. Recipients are awarded with funds of up to $2500 to attend the AACAP Annual Meeting. Qualified international physicians may include pediatricians, family medicine doctors, adult psychiatrists, child and adolescent psychiatrist, and other physicians who primarily work with children and adolescents providing mental health services.
Eligibility Requirements
- Award is available to U.S. citizens
- Award is available to Canadian citizens
- Award is available to citizens of countries other than the U.S. and Canada.
