Scholarship Description
Award recognizes a child and adolescent psychiatrist and AACAP member who has made significant contributions to the prevention of mental illness in children and adolescents. Contributions must demonstrate lasting effects and may be in the areas of teaching, research, program development, direct clinical service, advocacy or administrative commitment. Award pays $2500 to the award recipient and a $2000 donation to a prevention program or center of the awardees choice.
